摘要
[目的]探明黄花菜材料抗锈病的水平及黄花菜锈病发生规律。[方法]通过田间试验,调查40个不同来源的黄花菜材料在自然条件下发病时的抗锈病水平,并对40个黄花菜材料进行抗病性评价。[结果]14个材料对锈病表现高度抗病;4个材料表现中度抗病;10个材料表现感病;12个材料表现高度感病。[结论]该研究可为黄花菜抗病育种提供理论参考。
Abstract
Objective] The aim was to explore rust resistance level and incidence law of day lily materials.[Method] Through field experi-ment, rust resistance level of day lily materials from 40 sources under nature conditions were investigated and evaluated.[ Result] The results showed that 14 varieties are highly resistant to rust, 4 varieties are moderate resistant, 10 varieties are moderate susceptible and 12 varieties are highly susceptible to rust.[ Conclusion] The study can provide theoretical reference for disease-resistant breeding of day lily.
