摘要
以浙江省玉环县为例，提出沿海地区畜禽养殖业污染防治的管理措施和技术措施：确定了治理近岸海域污染先治理陆源污染的理念；建立海陆统筹、多部门齐抓共管的联动机制；利用滩涂和水体资源发展生态循环型立体化的养殖业；推进规模化畜禽养殖的全过程治理，推广畜禽养殖场清洁生产技术。
Abstract
With Yuanhuan County in Zhejiang Province as an example, pollution control management and technical measures for livestock and poultry breeding industry were put forward including: to confirm the priority of the control of the land-based sources of pollution; To establish linkage mechanism between sea and land, and to make relevant departments cooperate;To develop and utilize tidal flats and water resources, and to develop ecological circular three-dimensional cultivation; To promote the whole process control of large-scale livestock and poultry breeding industry, and encourage and extend cleaner production technology in livestock and poultry farms .
