摘要

[目的]研究狮头鹅种蛋孵化期间失水率、蛋温变化等基础数据及其对孵化率的影响。[方法]对孵化期的狮头鹅种蛋进行称重,并测定孵化期内蛋内温度和蛋壳温度的变化,分析气孔数对孵化效果的影响。[结果]失水率不仅影响孵化率,而且影响雏鹅质量,孵化第6、15、24和28天种蛋最佳失水率分别为3.28%、4.75%、9.48%和14.22%。随着胚龄的增加,蛋壳表面温度相对稳定(37.32℃→37.17℃→37.37℃→36.83℃),而壳内胚胎温度上升较快(37.75℃→39.22℃→39.82℃→40.62℃)。蛋壳气孔数量显著影响胚胎发育。蛋形指数影响孵化率,但不影响受精率。[结论]降低湿度、严格选蛋、孵化中后期加强凉蛋是提高鹅蛋孵化率的重要措施。

Abstract

Objective] To research the effects of egg water loss, eggs temperature change and other basic data on the hatchability of Shitou goose.[Method] The Shitou goose eggs were weighed during hatching period.Temperature changes of shell surface and the inner shell were de-tected.Effects of eggshell porosity on hatching results were researched.[Result] Water loss rate not only affected the hatching rate, but also the gosling quality.On the 6, 15, 24 and 28 d of hatching, the optimal water-loss rates of egg were 3.28%, 4.75%, 9.48%and 14.22%, respec-tively.With the increase of embryonic age, temperature of shell surface was relatively stable (37.32 ℃ → 37.17 ℃ → 37.37 ℃ → 36.83℃);embryo temperature of inner shell enhanced relatively fast (37.75 ℃ →39.22 ℃ →39.82 ℃ →40.62 ℃).Eggshell stomatal number significantly affected the embryonic development.Egg shape index influenced the hatchability, but had no impacts on fertilization rate.[ Conclu-sion] Reducing humidity, strictly selecting egg, and cooling egg from the medium-and late-term of incubation are important measures to enhance the hatchability of goose eggs.
