“两规融合”背景下的城市开发边界划定研究

摘要
通过衔接城乡规划与土地规划的用地分类标准，从而保证城乡规划和土地规划在用地规模统计与空间布局上的一致性。以天津市静海县为例，提出“两规融合”背景下的城市开发边界的划定方法，分析其可行性，以满足城市发展和建设的需要，从而对城市的可持续发展起到切实有效的指导作用。
Abstract
The land classification standard of land-rural planning and land planning was analyzed, as well as their integration methods, so as to ensure the consistency of land scale and space layout.Taking Jinghai County in Tianjin City as an example, demarcation method of urban develop-ment boundary was proposed based on“two plans integration”, and its feasibility was analyzed, so as to meet the demands of urban development and construction, effectively guide sustainable development of the city.
