摘要
基于对粮食补贴政策尤其是直接补贴政策的探讨，从粮食补贴国内外现状、补贴目标、补贴方式、补贴效果、存在问题及政策建议等方面对国内外粮食补贴政策的已有研究进行梳理和总结，探寻完善粮食直补政策的应对措施，旨在为相关研究提供参考。
Abstract
Based on the discussion of grain direct subsidy policy, researches on grain subsidy policies at home and abroad were summarized from the aspects of food subsidies status quo at home and abroad, subsidy objective, subsidy method, subsidy effect, existing problem and policy sug-gestions.The countermeasures for improving the grain direct subsidy policy were put forward, aiming at providing references for the relevant re-searches.
