摘要
根据近年来全国新城疫抗体测定技能大赛，探索高职学生参加技能大赛的培训方法，主要从培训的组织、培训的过程和培训的效果等方面进行了总结，以期为广大学生和指导教师今后参赛提供参考。
Abstract
The training method of technical competition for college students were explored according to the recent Newcastle disease antibody de-tection contest.Training organization, process and effects were summarized, so as to provide references for the majority of students and tutors.
