We mainly summarized the laws and regulations about soil contamination in pharmaceutical enterprises in Europe and the United States, and analyzed the pollution of pharmaceutical enterprises based on the legal system of China.Solutions were put forward to prevent and cure the soil pollutions, based on the current situation of the development of Taizhou pharmaceutical industry.This research aimed to promoting the green development of Taizhou pharmaceutical industry and to protecting the soil ecosystem.
