Through measuring environmental impact index in Yunnan Shangri-La Gezan Area, impacts of mineral resources development and utilization in integrated exploration area on environment were evaluated.Rapid quantitative evaluation was conducted on integrated exploration area in Gezan Area from three aspects of environment carrying capacity, potential pollution level, environmental restoration difficulty level by using qualitative and quantitative methods.The results showed that the development environment of Yunnan Shangri-La Gezan Area is general, mineral resources in the integrated exploration area can be developed and utilized.
