摘要

采用上位机与下位机协同工作的控制方式,MCGS组态软件对上位机程序进行开发,PLC为下位机的控制核心,完成对农村小型水电站闸门的全程监控。模拟试验表明,该监控系统通过触摸屏可实现对闸门的启动上升、停止、下降的控制及对闸门开放度信息的采集、显示及处理;在紧急情况下实现紧急落门和紧急抱闸刹车;显示报警信息以及通过触摸屏监视系统运行状态;控制闸门上升或下降到指定开度。监控系统实时性好,闸门实际位置与上位机显示界面信息一致。

Abstract

Cooperative work of upper computer and lower computer was adopted to complete the monitoring of rural small hydropower station gate.MCGS configuration software was used to develop upper computer program and PLC as control core of lower computer.Simulation experiment results showed that the monitoring system could realize the gate control of start up, stop and down through a touch screen.It also could collect, display and process the information of gate opening degree, implement emergency gate and emergency brake in case of an emergency, display a-larming information, and monitor the running state of system through the touch screen and control the gate up or down to the specified opening de-gree.The monitoring system had good real-time performance, the actual position of gate was consistent with which PC displayed.
