摘要
在对安徽省黄山市黄山区的茶业专业合作社发展状况进行调查分析的基础上，指出该地区茶业合作社的发展具备数量稳定增加、组建模式多元化、经营管理取得一定成效等特点，但仍存在普及率不高、规范程度存在差距、利益分配模式不成熟等方面的问题。提出了进一步深化宣传、建立相应的合作社监管制度、完善合作社利益分配制度等维持合作社长期稳定发展的对策建议。
Abstract
Based on the investigation and analysis of tea professional cooperatives development in Huangshan District of Anhui Province, it was pointed out that tea cooperatives in the region have steadily increased the number, set up pluralistic model, achieved successful management re-sult and so on.Aiming at the main problems including low penetration of tea cooperatives among local farmers, the gap between the extent of reg-ulation, immature interest distribution pattern, several suggestions were proposed to maintain long-term stable development:further deepen the publicity, establish the appropriate regulatory regime of cooperatives, improve the distribution of benefits system.
