The non-commercial forest is the main body of the forestry ecological construction.In this research, we elaborated the division and distribution, benefit compensation and management system of non-commercial forest in Boluo County of Guangdong Province.Construction man-agement status of local non-commercial forest was analyzed at present.When the construction management system of three levels of non-commer-cial forest management system at "national -province -city"were gradually perfected, the division of non-commercial forest at the county level was further established.Relevant suggestions and development countermeasures were put forward from the aspects of scientific division, strengthe-ning the management and propaganda, broadening the investment, and implementing the multi-functional forest management.
