摘要

为筛选出适合干旱区生态环境的羊草抗旱品系,在PEG-6000高渗透溶液模拟水分胁迫下,对4个中科系列不同羊草品系SZ-3、SF4-2、XQ1、QF10种子萌发期特性进行了研究。结果表明,4个羊草品系萌发期的抗旱性从强到弱依次为QF10、XQ1、SF4-2、SZ-3。筛选出适应干旱区生态环境的羊草高抗旱品系QF10,并提出鉴定种子萌发期抗旱性公式:萌发期抗旱性=PEG溶液胁迫下种子相对发芽率的隶属函数值+萌发抗旱指数+活力抗旱指数(抗旱极限浓度、半致死浓度下)。该研究可为干旱地区大面积推广人工种植高产、优质、抗旱的中科系列的羊草以及进行天然退化草地植被恢复与重建提供重要资料。

Abstract

In order to screen out Leymus chinensis drought resistance strains adapting to eco-environment of arid area, a study was made on the germination stage characteristics of 4 “Zhongke” series strains of L.chinensis, SZ-3, SF4-2, XQ1 and QF10, under the PEG-6000 high os-motic solution simulated water stress .The results showed that the order of drought resistance of 4 strains of L.chinensis from strong to weak is QF10, XQ1, SF4-2, SZ-3.QF10 was selected out as a high drought resistant strain adapting to the arid area ecological environment .The for-mula for identifying the drought resistance of the seed in germination period was put forward as follows: the drought resistance in germination stage=membership function of relative germination rate of seeds under PEG stress +germination drought resistance index and vigor indices of drought resistance ( under drought limiting concentration and semi lethal concentration ) .The study can provide important data for large-area ex-tension of artificial planting of the high-yield, high-quality and drought resistant “Zhongke” series L.chinensis as well as carrying out vegetation restoration and reconstruction of degraded natural grassland .
