摘要
结合精准扶贫的要求，以福建省寿宁县凤阳镇为例，针对凤阳镇实施精准扶贫的成效，分析凤阳镇的贫困原因、实施精准扶贫的基础条件，以及精准扶贫过程中存在的问题，结合凤阳镇实际，提出加大扶贫投入力度，扶贫内容因地制宜、因人而异，提升群众自我发展意识的对策建议。
Abstract
Combined with the requirements of targeted poverty alleviation, with Fengyang Town, Shouning County, Fujian Province as exam-ple, aiming at the achievements, causes of poverty, basic conditions for carrying out targeted poverty alleviation and existing problems during the process in Fengyang Town were analyzed.According to the reality, several countermeasures were proposed including: increasing invest-ment in poverty alleviation, adjusting measures to local conditions and varying from person to person, enhancing people’s consciousness of self development.
