摘要
在充分调研传统和新式绿茶滚筒杀青机设备的基础上，基于离散元分析法的原理，借助EDEM软件对滚筒进行温度场分析，并探讨了滚筒转速、导叶板数量及导叶板倾角的大小对杀青效果的影响。
Abstract
Based on full investigation of traditional and new green tea cylinder drying machine, according to the principle of discrete element method, with software EDEM, temperature field was analyzed, effects of rotation speed of cylinder, guide vane number and angle size on kill-ing were discussed.
