摘要

[目的]初步确定解淀粉芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂的制备工艺。以解淀粉芽孢杆菌lyxjj-1为研究对象,对填料、润湿剂、分散剂、稳定剂、UV保护剂进行筛选。[结果]其工艺配方为:硅藻土10%为填料,PVA 7.2%为分散剂,D4254.8%为润湿剂,CMC-Na 2.0%为稳定剂,FWA 0.1%为保护剂。该粉剂的芽孢含量达1.2×109 cfu/g,悬浮率为80%,润湿时间为47 s,热贮分解率为23.2%。[结论]该制剂质量符合相关要求,可进一步研究。

Abstract

Objective] The aim was to determine the preparation technique of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens wetable powder.[Method] With Bacil-lus amyloliquefaciens lyxjj-1 as study object,filler,wetting agent,dispersing agent,stabilizer,UV protective agent were selected.[Result] The opti-mal formulation were confirmed as follows:the content filler diatomite,dispersing agent PVA,wetting agent D425,stabilizer CMC-Na,UV protec-tion agents FWA were 10%,7.2%,4.8%,2.0%and 0.1%respectively.The quality detection showed that the spores content of B.amyloliquefa-ciens lyxjj-1 wetting powder could come up to 1.2 ×109 cfu/g,and suspension rate of the production was 80%,and the dispersion time was 47 s and thermal decomposition rate of storage was 23.2%.[ Conclusion] The quality of the preparation is in accordance with the relevant require-ments,which can be further studied.
