摘要
结合江苏省农业科学院在江苏泗洪西南岗地区20多年的科技扶贫历程，通过对西南岗地区基本情况的剖析、对不同时期科技扶贫方式的总结和反思，归纳扶贫工作的经验和教训，并针对农业科技产业扶贫工作中的产业规划、人才队伍、资金投入、资源利用、产业链建设等方面提出可操作性的意见和建议，旨在探索适合当下扶贫新形势的农业科技产业扶贫模式，为具有同质性的国内连片贫困地区脱贫致富提供参考。
Abstract
Combining with the more than 20 years’ poverty alleviation practice of Xinangang Area of Sihong County supported by Jiangsu Acade-my of Agricultural Sciences, we summarized the experiences and lessons of poverty alleviation work based on rethinking the science and technolo-gy poverty alleviation mode in different periods and the parsing of basic situation in Xinangang Area.Feasible suggestions were put forward ac-cording to the industry planning, talent team, funding, resource utilization and industrial chain construction in the industrial poverty alleviation of agricultural science and technology.This research aimed to explore the poverty alleviation mode of agricultural science and technology suitable for the current situation, and to provide references for poverty alleviation in continuous poor areas of China.
