短光敏核不育水稻D38 S育性转换的细胞学观察

摘要
利用显微技术对短光敏核不育水稻D38 S不同时期的幼穗花粉形成及发育过程进行系统观察和研究。结果表明:在短光敏核不育水稻D38 S败育过程中减数分裂前期的单核花粉时期出现明显异常现象,即花粉细胞体积变小,细胞质变稀薄,细胞核的形状从规则变为不规则,出现明显核皱缩。
Abstract
Microtechnique was used to observe and study the young ear pollen formation and development process of short day induced male sterile line rice D38S in different time periods.Results showed that in the abortive process of rice DS8S, mononuclear pollen period at meiosis prophase showed significant abnormal phenomena, such as small pollen cell volume, thin cytoplasm, irregular shape of cell nucleus, and sig-nificant nuclear shrinkage.
