摘要
[目的]研制五氯酚钠胶体金快速检测试纸条。[方法]利用胶体金免疫层析技术，研制一种快速检测猪肉、鸡肉、鱼、虾、水质中五氯酚钠的试纸条。[结果]经测试，该试纸条对猪肉、鸡肉、鱼、虾的检测限为1μg／kg，对水质的检测限为2μg／kg，检测时间为15 min，假阳性率和假阴性率均为0。[结论]该方法准确、可靠，使用简便，适合大量样品的现场检测。
Abstract
Objective] The aim was to study gold immunochromatography assay strip for rapid detection of pentachlorophenol-Na.[Method] By using gold immunochromatography assay ,strip for rapid detection of pentachlorophenol-Na in pork,chicken,fish,shrimp and water quality was de-veloped.[Result] The limit of detection was 1 μg/kg in pork,chicken,fish,shrimp flesh,and 2 μg/kg in water.The results could be obtained in 15 minutes.The assay gave no false positive and false negative results.[Conclusion] The method is accurate,simple,reliable and convenient to rapidly detect pentachlorophenol-Na on the spot.
