农产品质量安全监管体系建设现状及对策--以贵州省毕节市为例

摘要
结合毕节市农产品质量安全监管工作现状，针对监管工作中存在的农产品质量检验检测体系不完善等问题，提出建立完善农产品质量安全监管体系，将农产品质量安全监测、监管、执法经费纳入本级财政预算，建立完善农业投入品监管体系，建立并完善农产品产地准出制度和市场准入制度，加强监管、检测队伍建设，建立农产品质量安全应急预警机制，加大执法力度、构筑打击高压态势的建议，以期为相关研究提供借鉴。
Abstract
Combining with the current status of agricultural products quality and safety supervision work in Bijie City, we pointed out that we should establish and perfect the agricultural products quality and safety supervision system according to the problems of incomplete agricultural products quality inspection testing system in supervision work.The monitoring, supervision and law enforcement funds of agricultural products quality safety were brought into the budget at the corresponding level.Agricultural inputs regulatory system was improved, as well as the origin export limitation system and market access system of agricultural products.Besides, we should strengthen the monitoring and detecting team construction, establish emergency early warning mechanism of agricultural products quality safety , strengthen law enforcement, and construct high pressure situation, so as to provide references for relevant researches.
