摘要
橡实是我国传统社会最早利用的野生木本作物，由于橡实主要以野生为主，人们不太关注，也不完全了解。为了让人们真正了解橡实，笔者介绍了橡实的名称、种类、起源、利用历史，并论述当下橡实利用中存在的问题及相应的建议和对策。橡实是我国重要的野生食物资源，经济价值、生态价值、文化价值等十分显著，但当下橡实资源的开发利用仍然存在一系列的问题。笔者根据存在问题提出相应的建议，强调全面重视橡实经济、生态、文化等方面的价值，加强有效开发利用。
Abstract
Acorn is the earliest use of wild woody plants in Chinese traditional society , because the acorns are mainly composed of wild , peo-ple don't pay much attention to it, and they don't know it completely.The names, species, origin, use history of acorn were introduced, exist-ing problems and corresponding suggestions in acorn utilization were elaborated .Acorn is an important wild food resource in China with signifi-cant economic value, ecological value and culture value, which should be effectively developed and utilized.
