摘要

[目的]探讨厚垣孢普可尼亚菌产厚垣孢子的条件。[方法]采用两步培养法测定碳源、氮源、碳氮摩尔比、pH等不同营养环境条件对厚垣孢普可尼亚菌PC021120-152菌株产厚垣孢子的影响。[结果] PC021120-152菌株的最佳产厚垣孢子条件为:初始碳源浓度为3.00 g/L,碳氮摩尔比为2.5∶1,最佳碳氮源组合为蔗糖/NaNO3,培养基最佳pH为8.0。 PC021120-152菌株的最佳产分生孢子条件为:初始碳源浓度为3.00 g/L,碳氮摩尔比为2.5∶1,最佳碳氮源组合为D-果糖/NaNO3,最佳pH为5.0。[结论]该研究结果可为厚垣孢普可尼亚菌生防制剂的生产调控提供依据。

Abstract

Objective] To discuss the nutritional conditions for sporulation of Pochonia chlamydosporia.[Method] A two-stage cultivation meth-od was used to determine the effects of various nutritional and environmental conditions ( carbon sources,nitrogen sources,carbon-nitrogen molar ratio,and pH) on the sporulation of P.chlamydosporia PC021120-152.[Result] Chlamydospore production of PC021120-152 strains was the high-est when the initial carbon concentration was 3.00 g/L;the carbon-nitrogen molar ratio was 2.5∶1;sucrose/NaNO3 was as the carbon/nitrogen source,and the pH was 8.Conidiophore production of PC021120-152 strains was the highest when the initial carbon concentration was 3.00 g/L;the carbon-nitrogen molar ratio was 2.5∶1;D-fructose/NaNO3 was as the carbon/nitrogen source,and the pH was 5.0.[Conclusion] The re-search provides references for industrialization of biocontrol agents of P.chlamydosporia.
