摘要

[目的]分离并鉴定菜豆花中的1株内生优势细菌(WBF1)。[方法]从菜豆花中分离出1株内生优势细菌WBF1,通过革兰氏染色、16S rDNA及生理生化实验对其进行鉴定。[结果]革兰氏染色结果显示该菌为革兰氏阴性杆菌,16S rDNA序列分析显示其为变形杆菌科不动杆菌属假单胞杆菌;其生理生化特征符合假单胞杆菌特性;该菌定植于菜豆花中,生长温度为20~43℃。[结论]该菌是菜豆基因工程生防菌宿主菌的良好候选菌株。

Abstract

Objective] To isolate and identify an endogenous do minant (WBF1) from the bean flower.[Method] An endogenous dominant (WBF1) isolated from the bean flower was identified by gram staining, 16S rDNA and physiological and biochemical test.[Result] The gram staining result showed it was gram negative bacillus , and the 16S rDNA sequence analysis showed it belonged to Pseudomonas sp., Acinetobacter, Proteus.The physiological and biochemical characters corresponded with that of Pseudomonas sp.The bacterium grew in bean flower, and growth temperature was between 20 and 43 ℃.[Conclusion] The bacterium was an ideal candidate to be the engineered biocontrol host for the bean.
