摘要
动物源性食品中兽药残留已成为日益突出的问题，因此检测并监控动物源性食品中的兽药残留具有重要的意义。就近年来国内外动物源性食品中兽药残留检测的前处理方法和分析技术展开了探讨和分析，为兽药残留检测方法的开发提供一定的参考和依据。
Abstract
Many veterinary drug residues in animal derived foods have become increasingly prominent problems , so detecting and monitoring vet-erinary drug residues in animal derived foods are of important significance .In this paper, the pretreatment methods and analysis techniques of veterinary drug residue detection in animal derived foods in recent years were discussed and analyzed to provide certain references and basis for the development of detection methods of veterinary drug residues.
