摘要
分析了我国猪流行性腹泻疫苗的使用现状，从疫苗毒株的选择、野毒株的分离和培养、毒株的致弱、疫苗安全性和免疫效力等方面综述了猪流行腹泻弱毒疫苗的研究进展，以期为新形势下进一步开展猪流行腹泻疫苗的研发提供借鉴与参考。
Abstract
In this paper, the current usage situation of pocine epidemic diarrhea vaccine (PEDV) in China was described, and the research pro-gress of pocine epidemic diarrhea (PED) attenuted virus vaccine was summarized from the aspects of the selection of vaccine strains, the separa-tion and culture of wild strains, the attenuation of strains, the safety and immune efficiency of vaccine, and so on.It provides references for the research and development of pocine epidemic diarrhea vaccine in the new epidemic situation .
