摘要
[目的]发掘不受遗传背景影响、能够稳定表达的控制抗旱相关性状的数量性状位点(QTL),用于小麦抗旱性材料的快速筛选。[方法]利用从DH群体(旱选10号×鲁麦14)筛选出来的抗旱相关性状的QTL区间作为候选标记区间,通过调查F3群体(长6878×长4738)亲本及群体与抗旱性相关的农艺性状、生理性状、产量性状,进行QTL分析。[结果]找到2个与归一化植被指数(NDVI)相关的QTL位点,说明数量遗传性状标记应用于遗传背景不同的群体受到相当大的局限性,而NDVI作为较为综合的生理指标得到了验证。[结论] NDVI可作为一个稳定抗旱指标应用于分子标记辅助育种中。
Abstract
Objective ] To excavate QTL which is not affected by heredity background , could be expressed stably and control the relevant drought-resistance traits,thereby quickly screening out wheat material with drought resistance .[ Method] Taking QTL interval screened out from DH population (Hanxuan 10 ×Lumai 14) as candidate marker interval,the agronomic traits,physiological characters and yield traits related to drought resistance were investigated among F3(Chang 6878 ×Chang 4738) parents and populations for QTL analysis.[Result] Two QTL locis re-lated to normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) were founded.It indicated quantitative trait loci (QTL) markers had great limitations when applied to the different genetic background groups.NDVI has been proved as a relatively comprehensive physiological index.[Conclusion] NDVI can be used as a stable drought-resistance index applied in molecular marker assisted breeding .
