摘要

[目的]研究马铃薯开放式组织培养中的最佳抑菌剂及其浓度。[方法]利用平板生长抑制法对多锰锌、甲基托布津2种抑菌剂的抗性进行筛选,将筛选出的最佳抑菌剂作为马铃薯开放式组织培养抑菌剂,研究其污染控制效果及其对组培苗生长的影响。[结果]培养基中添加不同浓度的多锰锌及甲基托布津对真菌的抑制与对照相比均差异显著,多锰锌抑菌效果优于甲基托布津。[结论]培养基添加0.10 g/L多锰锌(多菌灵含量16%,代森锰锌含量34%,可湿性粉剂)抑菌效果好且苗的生长状况最佳,可作为马铃薯开放式组织培养中的抑菌剂。

Abstract

Objective] To determine the best fungal bacteriostat and its concentration in open tissue culture of potato .[Method] The resistance of two bacteriostats MnZn and thiophanate-methyl was sifted by using the method of flat growth restraint .In addition, the effects of the best bacte-riostat as the bacteriostat in open tissue culture of potato on fungi and seedling growth were studied.[Result] Compared with the control, the in-hibitory effects of different concentrations of MnZn and thiophanate-methyl on fungi were significantly better .The inhibitory effect of MnZn was better than that of thiophanate-methyl.[Conclusion] When the concentration of MnZn wettable powder was 0.10 g/L (the content of carbenda-zim was 16%, and the content of mancozeb was 34%) , the antibacterial effect of MnZn and the growing status of seedlings were the best , so it can be used as a fungal bacteriostat in open tissue culture of potato.
