摘要

[目的]探讨栽培密度对黄常山生长特性的影响,确定其适宜的栽植密度。[方法]通过人工栽培试验研究不同栽培密度(50 cm ×50 cm、40 cm ×40 cm、25 cm ×25 cm)对黄常山各项生长指标的影响。[结果]不同栽培密度下黄常山株高、分枝数、叶面积、叶片SPAD值、地上部分干重、地下部分干重和总干重等生长指标的差异均达到显著水平。栽培密度为50 cm ×50 cm时,黄常山叶片形态指标最优,适合作为观叶观花地被植株栽植;栽培密度为40 cm ×40 cm时,黄常山单位面积内生物量产出最大,适合作为药用植物栽植。[结论]试验结果为黄常山的高效栽培提供了理论依据。

Abstract

Objective] To explore the influence of planting density on growth characteristics of D.efbrifuga, thereby determining the optimal planting density .[Method] Via artificial cultivation tests, the effects of different planting densities (50 cm ×50 cm, 40 cm ×40 cm and 25 cm ×25 cm) on each growth index of D.febrifuga were studied.[Result] The height, new shoot number, leaf area, SPAD value of the blade, dry weight of aboveground part, dry weight of underground part and total dry weight had reached significant levels under different planting densities . When planting density was 50 cm ×50 cm, D.febrifuga had the best leaf shape index, which was suited for cultivating as a flowering and foli -age plant.When planting density was 40 cm ×40 cm,D.febrifuga had the largest biomass per unit area, which was suited for planting as medici-nal plant.[ Conclusion] The test result could provide theoretic basis for efficient cultivation of D.febrifuga.
