介绍了西方城市化过程中的一些理论、实践经验，在此基础上，对如何营造居住区环境特色进行探索。通过对杭州市丁桥大型居住区（一期）生态景观环境建设的系统性分析，针对居住区的环境规划建设要素以及存在的不同问题展开探讨，提出居住区环境规划建设应正确处理好居住区环境与城市环境因素的协调建设关系，旨在对如何营造良好的大型居住区生态景观环境、宜居乐活的生活环境提供参考，期望对已建或未建的大型居住区有或多或少的正面指引。
Abstract
Some theories and practices in the process of urbanization in the West are introduced .On this basis,it explores how to construct the environment of residential area.Via systemic analysis on ecological landscape environment construction of Dingqiao large -scale residential region( Phase I) of Hangzhou City, environmental planning construction factors of the residential region and the existing problems are ana -lyzed.It is proposed that environmental planning construction of the residential region should correctly handle with the coordinated construction relationship between environment of the residential region and urban environmental factors, which aims to provide reference for how to create good ecological landscape environment of large-scale residential area and livable living environment, and have more or less positive guidelines for a large residential area built or not built.
