摘要
在了解国内外秸秆综合利用概况的基础上，运用问卷调查法、实地走访法、文献资料法和数形结合法，对兴化市安丰镇3个村的农民进行了调研，探索秸秆综合利用的制约因素，主要是经济效益不突出、缺乏专业技术指导、政府的政策支持和经济补贴不足、未形成规模化农业、对秸秆综合利用认识不足等。对此，提出了加大财政扶持和政策倾斜力度、大力发展农村合作社、提高秸秆综合利用技术水平等对策建议。
Abstract
Based on the understanding of the general status of straw comprehensive utilization at home and aborad , by using questionnaire sur-vey method, field visit method, literature data method and number shape combination method, farmers from three villages of Anfeng Town, Xinghua City were investigated, constraints for straw comprehensive utilization were explored, mainly including low economic benefits, lack of technical guidance, government’s policy support and economic subsidies, insufficient understanding of straw comprehensive utilization.Sever-al countermeasures were proposed: strengthening financial support and policy inclination, vigorously developing rural cooperatives, improving the level of straw comprehensive utilization technology.
