摘要
总结无锡市在环境损害鉴定评估方面进行的有益探索，针对目前环境损害鉴定评估工作在环境检测标准、监测能力、科学研究、应急能力及环境司法体系建设方面存在的不足，从环境损害鉴定评估管理模式和立法角度，提出将环境损害鉴定评估职能纳入政府职能、加强环境损害评估监管、制定出台环境损害赔偿法等建议，以期推动环境损害鉴定工作的完善。
Abstract
The beneficial exploration of Wuxi City in environmental damage appraisal and assessment was summarized .According to the short-comings of the environmental damage appraisal and assessment in respect of environmental testing standards , monitoring ability, scientific re-search, emergency capacity, and construction of environmental legal system, some suggestions of improving the management mode and legislation of environmental damage appraisal and assessment were put forward to promote the improvement of environmental damage appraisal , such as bringing environmental damage assessment and appraisal functions into government functions , strengthening the supervision and management of environmental damage assessment , and making the environmental damage compensation law .
