摘要
2015年对舟山地区60批次贝类样品开展调查，覆盖舟山主要养殖品种和外地在舟山市场销售的品种，包括贻贝、缢蛏、扇贝、泥蚶、毛蚶、杂色蛤和文蛤。监测指标包括麻痹性贝毒、腹泻性贝毒、大肠埃希氏菌、副溶血性弧菌、铅、镉、甲基汞和无机砷。结果表明，贝类的麻痹性贝类毒素有9批次检出，副溶血性弧菌有6批次样品为阳性，60批次样品的综合评价均为合格，说明2015年舟山市海水养殖贝类总体情况良好。
Abstract
An investigation of 60 batches shellfish samples in Zhoushan area was conducted in 2015, which contained the main shellfish spe-cies and species of market sales in Zhoushan from other areas.The shellfish species included mussel, Sinonovacula constricta, scallop, Tegil-larca granosa, Scapharca subcrenata, Ruditapes philippinarum and Meretrix meretrix L.Monitoring parameters included paralytic shellfish poi-soning, diarrhetic shellfish poisoning, Escherichia coli, Vibrio parahemolyticus, lead, cadmium, methyl mercury and inorganic arsenic.The results showed that the content of paralytic shellfish poisoning in nine batches samples exceeded the provided standard, and Vibrio parahemo-lyticus in six batches samples were detected as positive.The synthesis evaluation of 60 batches samples were all qualified.Data indicated that the overall condition of mariculture shellfish in Zhoushan was well in 2015.
