摘要

[目的]研究药用大黄在云杉林下的生长发育规律。[方法]于马尔康市梭磨乡毛木初沟云杉林下播种野生药用大黄种子,观察并检测其生长状况。[结果]药用大黄在生长季节,株高的变化幅度相对一致,根长、生物量的月间积累及年间积累均呈先慢后快的变化趋势,变化趋势线为幂函数方程;在生长季初期,地上部分生物量分配率高于地下部分,说明地上部分生长速度较快,而在生长季后期,地下部分生物量分配率超过了地上部分。[结论]该研究为探讨药用大黄在云杉林下的大规模种植提供技术指导。

Abstract

Objective] To study the growth and development law of Rheum officinale cultivated under Picea asperata forest.[Method] Wild R.officinale seeds were sown under the P.asperata forest in Suomo Village of Maerkang County.The growth status was observed and detec-ted.[ Result] during the growing season, the amplitude of variation of plant height was relatively consistent.The root length, biomass accu-mulation grew exponentially, and the tendencies of root length and biomass accumulation could be described in a power pattern.At the begin-ning of the growing season, the biomass allocation ratio of the aboveground plant parts was higher than that of the underground plant parts, in-dicating a faster growth rate of the aboveground parts.By the end of growing season, the biomass allocation ratio of underground plant parts was higher than that of aboveground parts.[ Conclusion] This study provides theoretical guidance for large-scale planting of R.officinale.
