摘要
将使用后评价（ POE）方法引入园区景观更新中，目的是想通过问卷调查的方式获得项目建成后各项运作的第一手资料，并通过对所得到信息和数据的整理，得出使用状况评价分析报告，全面鉴定项目景观更新在多大程度上满足了使用群体的需要。通过与前面所述景观更新信息的比较，找出园区景观更新的成功与不足之处，为该园区景观的进一步完善提供参考，同时也为将来其他创意产业园景观更新提供可靠的理论与实践指导。
Abstract
POE was introduced into the renewal of the landscape in the park, which was aimed to obtaining the first-hand material of every project through questionnaires after the completeness of the project.Through the analysis of the material, we obtained Post Occupancy Evalua-tion report and to what extent the renewal of landscape could meet the users.By comparing with updated information of landscaping, we found out the success and shortcomings of the renewal of park landscape in order to provide the reference for the perfection of the park landscape, and also provided the reliable theoretical and practical guidance for other future creative Industry Park landscape renewal.
