农药学专业校企合作人才培养模式研究

摘要
随着我国农药工业的发展，用人单位对农药学专业人才的需求量越来越大，要求越来越高。通过对全国涉农高等院校农药学专业人才培养模式的调查以及用人单位需求的分析，提出校企合作、协同育人的人才培养模式，旨在提高农药学专业人才培养目标与培养效果的达成度，满足社会需求，提高用人单位的满意度。
Abstract
With the development of the pesticide industry in China, the demand of the agricultural pharmaceutical profession talents is in-creasing.This article puts forward the personnel training mode of school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education, based on the in-vestigation of the talent cultivation mode in the agricultural colleges and universities and requirement analysis of the employers, so as to im-prove the achieving degree between agricultural pharmaceutical talents training goal and training effect, meet the needs of the society and im-prove the satisfaction of the employers.
