摘要
通过分析果蔬采后处理课程的特点,针对教学过程中发现的内容多、课时少,课堂效果不佳,实验教学内容综合性与实践性弱等问题,从教学内容、教学方法与手段、考核方式等方面进行了改革与实践,以培养学生的学习兴趣,紧跟科学发展前沿,提高创新能力和综合素质为出发点,优化了该课程教学的新内容体系和教学模式。
Abstract
The course characteristics of Postharvest Physiology and Handling of Fruits and Vegetables were analyzed.The teaching contents, methods and examination ways were reformed and practiced aiming at the problems which were found such as much contents, shorter class hour, worst teaching effect than expected, less practice and so on.The aims of the reform included increasing the interesting on study, following the de-velopment frontier of science, improving the innovation ability and comprehensive quality.The teaching contents and modes were optimized in re-forms.
