摘要
分析了生物信息学课程设置的现状，通过比较不同大学的培养方案，总结了生物、数学、计算机方面的主要专业课程。介绍了生物信息学的教材情况，并根据各教材生物信息学课程内容，将相关内容分为必选、可选、实验3部分，进而分别阐述了这3部分课程内容的设置。
Abstract
The status of bioinformatics course was analyzed, the main courses in biology, mathematics and computer were summarized through comparing different universities’ training scheme.Teaching materials of bioinformatics were introduced, the relevant contents were devided in-to required, optional, and experiment three parts, the content of three parts were further elaborated.
