摘要
[目的]分析宁波产宁海白枇杷叶的药材品质。[方法]参考2015版《中华人民共和国药典》（一部），分别对4批不同采集地的宁海白枇杷叶进行水分含量、总灰分含量、浸出物含量、重金属检查、砷盐检查、薄层色谱鉴别及齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量测定。[结果]4批不同采集地的宁海白枇杷叶的检查、鉴别和含量测定结果均符合中国药典的标准。[结论]宁波产宁海白枇杷叶药材品质较高，可以作为药用。
Abstract
Objective] To analyze the medicinal quality of Ninghaibai Folium Eriobotryae produced in Ningbo.[Method] According to the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, we detected the moisture content, total ash content, extract content, examination of heavy metals and arsenic salts checks, TLC and the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid of 4 batch of different mills Ninghaibai Folium Eriobotryae.[ Re-sult] The results of check, identification and content determination of 4 batches of different mills Ninghaibai Folium Eriobotryae all conformed to the standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.[ Conclusion] The medicinal quality of Ninghaibai Folium Eriobotryae produced in Ningbo was bet-ter, and Ninghaibai Folium Eriobotryae produced in Ningbo could be use as medicinal materials.
