征地政策调整对被征地农民可持续生计的影响--以南京市为例

摘要
在南京市征地政策调整背景下，从风险抵抗能力、资源保障能力和社会适应能力3个方面构建被征地农民可持续生计指标体系，对征地政策影响进行对比分析。结果表明，征地政策调整对被征地农民可持续生计有显著影响。根据分析结果，提出拓宽被征地农民长远生计安置途径的相应政策建议。
Abstract
Based on Nanjing land requisition policy adjustments, the paper made a comparative analysis by building sustainable livelihoods index system which contains risk resistance, resource security capacity and social adaptability.The results showed that the land policy adjustments have a significant impact on the landless peasants sustainable livelihoods.According to the analysis, the paper gave some suggestions for broadening long-term livelihood resettlement ways of landless farmers.
