摘要
基于农业科研院所科研经费逐年攀升，对科研经费管理要求日益增高的背景，论述了农业科研院所科研经费管理中存在的问题，分析问题产生的原因，并提出了完善农业科研院所科研经费管理的相应对策，以期有效提高农业科研经费使用效率，确保科研工作健康发展。
Abstract
Scientific research funds in agricultural research institutions increased year by year.Under the background of rising demand for the management of scientific research funds, we discussed the problems in the management of scientific research funds in agricultural research institu-tions, and analyzed the causes for this problem.Corresponding countermeasures to improve the management of scientific research funds in agri-cultural research institutions were put forward, aiming at enhancing the use efficiency of agricultural research funds, and ensuring the healthy de-velopment of scientific research.
