太谷县农村产权交易平台建设实践

摘要
基于农村产权交易中心成立背景，从设立机构、明确职能、健全制度等方面介绍太谷县农村产权交易平台建设的措施，总结平台建设工作在规范程序、完善产权交易公开竞价制度，搭建平台、全面创新网络规范交易规范程序，推进抵押担保贷款业务等方面的经验，并对太谷县产权交易平台建设工作提出建议，以期为同类型平台建设研究提供借鉴。
Abstract
Based on the establishing background of rural property rights trading center, we introduced the measures for the establishment of rural property rights trading platform from the aspects of perfecting system and so on.The platform construction work was summarized;the pub-lic bidding of property right transaction system was improved; specification procedures of network transaction was comprehensively innovated through establishing the platform; experiences such as mortgage loan business were promoted.Finally, suggestions were put forward for the construction work of property rights trading platform in Taigu County were put forward, aiming at providing references for the research on same type platform construction.
