摘要

环境微生物学是高等学校环境工程的专业基础课,该课程实验教学中包括大量原核微生物,实验难度较大。为了克服上述问题,结合教师科学研究项目,选择培养简单、繁殖迅速的微型后生动物轮虫作为测试对象,新开了6个实验项目。结果表明,轮虫在实验教学中的应用突出了环境专业的特点,提高了学生的学习兴趣,取得显著的教学成效。

Abstract

The environmental microbiology is a professional basic course in environmental engineering of higher education, and the experiment teaching of the course includes a large number of prokaryotic micro-organisms which give some degree of difficulty.In order to solve the prob-lem, the micro-metazoa rotifer was selected as the test object, for its simple culture and frequent reproducing, and 6 experiments were set up combined with the teachers'scientific research.The application of rotifer, which has highlighted the professional characteristic of environmental engineering, has stimulated students’ interest and achieved remarkable teaching effect.
