番茄抗黄化曲叶病毒病杂交后代比较

[目的]筛选黄化曲叶病毒病抗性高的番茄杂交子1代。[方法]通过番茄杂种子1代的栽培,观测各组合的田间生长情况,对各组合果实营养品质指标进行测定和分析,采用分子标记等方法对其黄化曲叶病毒病抗性进行鉴定。[结果]杂交子1代 TW002和TW008果实品质较优,在加工、运输、贮藏方面具有优势;与TW002相比,TW008的果实商品率更高、营养品质更好。黄化曲叶病毒病抗性基因检测结果表明,Ty-1中TW001、TW004、TW008和TW010为抗病材料,而 TW003、TW005、TW006、TW009为杂合材料,TW002、TW007为感病材料;Ty-2中均为感病材料;Ty-3中TW001、TW002、TW004、TW007、TW009为抗病杂合材料,TW003、TW005、TW006、TW008和TW010为感病纯合材料。[结论]该研究可为抗黄化曲叶病毒病番茄材料的选育提供理论依据。
Abstract
Objective] To screen the tomato hybrid F1 with high resistance to tomato yellow leaf curl disease.[Method] Through the cultivation of tomato hybrid F1 , field growth situation of each combination was observed.The fruit nutritional quality index of each combination was detected and analyzed.Molecular marker and other methods were used to identify the resistance to yellow leaf curl disease.[ Result] Fruit qualities of F1 TW002 and TW008 were relatively better.Genetic testing results of yellow leaf curl disease showed that TW001, TW004, TW008 and TW010 in Ty-1 were all resistant materials; TW001, TW002, TW004, TW007 and TW009 in Ty-3 were diseaser-esistant hybrid materials; TW003, TW005, TW006, TW008 and TW010 were infected homozygous materials.[Conclusion] This research provides theoretical foundation for the re -sistance breeding of tomato yellow leaf curl disease.
