摘要
马铃薯营养丰富，种植面积广，是世界上第四大粮食作物。分析了马铃薯的贮藏加工现状，并展望了马铃薯全粉加工主食的前景。
Abstract
Potato is rich in nutrition and widely planted.It’s the fourth largest food crop in the world.This paper introduced the situation on storage and process of potato and forecasted the staple food industrialization.
