摘要

[目的]鉴定海南民族习用2种香药两用藤类降真香的原植物品种,保护和开发海南降真香资源。[方法]采用实地调研、采访观察山区植物生长状况和形态特征、收集标本,用基原鉴定法、性状鉴定法以及植物DNA条形码技术鉴别海南降真香原植物品种。[结果]海南大叶降真香和海南小叶降真香的藤本植物形态、香药材性状特征及DNA条形码特征分别与两粤黄檀Dalbergia benthamii Prain和斜叶黄檀Dalbergia pinnata(Lour.)Prain相吻合。[结论]海南民族习用2种藤类降真香分别来源于豆科蝶形花亚科黄檀属植物两粤黄檀Dalbergia benthamii和斜叶黄檀Dalbergia pinnata富含树脂的木材。

Abstract

Objective] To identify two varieties origins of Jiangzhenxiang vines which were conventionally used as medicine and incense in Hainan Province, and to provide basis for protection and development of Jiangzhenxiang resources in Hainan.[ Method] Field research, inter-view and observation were used to investigate the plant growth condition and morphological characteristics of mountain plants, and to collect the plant samples.Then, germplasm origin identification method, character identification method and plant DNA barcode technology were used to identify the original plant varieties of Jiangzhenxiang in Hainan.[ Result] The morphological characteristics, macroscopic characters and DNA barcode information of big-leaf Jiangzhenxiang liana and small-leaf Jiangzhenxiang liana in Hainan were accordant with Dalbergia benthamii and Dalbergia pinnata, respectively.[ Conclusion] The two varieties Jiangzhenxiang liana conventionally used in Hainan are respectively Dalbergia benthamii and Dalbergia pinnata.
