香花油茶优良砧木品系筛选研究

摘要
[目的]初步筛选香花油茶优良砧木品系,为油茶砧木的开发利用提供依据。[方法]用香花油茶作为砧木嫁接普通油茶岑软3号,对不同砧木品系的嫁接亲和性和嫁接苗的生长情况进行调查研究,并应用主成分分析法综合评定砧木品系的优劣。[结果]香花油茶作为砧木嫁接普通油茶,全部砧木品系嫁接苗的保存率为87%以上,其中87.5%的砧木品系嫁接苗保存率超过90%,且各砧木品种嫁接苗的抽梢率均高于90%;应用主成分分析法将保存率、抽梢率等6个性状指标转换为3个主成分,并将各主成分因子的得分值与主成分贡献率相乘,获得每个砧木品系嫁接苗的综合得分值。[结论]香花油茶和普通油茶之间亲和性较强;各砧木品系综合得分排名前3位的分别为P14、P2和P24。
Abstract
Objective] The aim was to screen out excellent rootstock line of Camellia osmantha and provide basis for development and utiliza-tion of oil-tea rootstock.[ Method] Grafting Cenruan 3 into Camellia oleifera, affinity of different rootstocks and grafted seedlings growth were investigated.And principal component analysis method was used to evaluate the pros and cons of rootstock strains.[ Result ] The results showed that survival rate of all grafted seedlings was above 87%, which survival rate was more than 90% in 87.5% grafted seedling.The shooting ratio of all grafted seedlings was higher than 90%.6 traits were converted into 3 main components by method of principal component analysis, multiplying the contribution rates of principal components and integrated score values for each grafted seedlings were obtained.[ Con-clusion] There existed a strong affinity between Camellia osmantha and Camellia oleifera.P14 , P2 and P24 occupied the first three.
