河北省藁城区优质强筋小麦发展现状·问题及建议

摘要
2016年是我国农业供给侧结构性改革元年，优质强筋小麦产业的发展对小麦产业结构的调整意义重大。藁城区优质强筋小麦产业在我国具有代表性。通过分析藁城区优质强筋小麦产业的现状、优势和问题，从种植和收购模式优化，组织化生产水平提升，多元化加工产业集群构建，区域品牌打造4个方面提出了建议。
Abstract
The year of 2016 is the first year of agricultural supply-side structural reform.Development of high-quality strong gluten wheat is of great importance to the adjustment of wheat industry structure.High-quality strong gluten wheat industry in Gaocheng District is representative in China.The current status, advantages and problems of high-quality strong gluten wheat in Gaocheng District were analyzed.Suggestions were put forward from four aspects of optimizing the planting and acquisition mode, enhancing the organized production level, constructing di-versified processing industry, and establishing regional brand.
