应用型地方本科院校土地资源管理专业建设研究--以山东建筑大学为例

摘要
针对应用型地方本科院校土地资源管理专业就业和人才培养中的问题，以山东建筑大学专业建设为例，分析了地方性高校的特点和土地资源管理专业建设面临的新形势，提出应该从地方性高校特点出发，适应社会需求，创新现有的人才培养模式，推动专业建设的可持续发展。
Abstract
According to the problems in employment and talent cultivation of Land Resources Management specialty in local application-oriented colleges, the characteristics of local colleges and the new situation in Land Resources Management specialty of local colleges were analyzed with Shandong Jianzhu University as an example.Suggestions were put forward, such as starting from the characteristics of local colleges, adapting to social demands, innovating the current talent cultivation mode, and promoting the sustainable development of Land Resources Management spe-cialty.
