摘要
分析了作物转基因技术与传统育种技术的相互关系，提出了推进转基因技术与传统作物育种技术“优势互补”与“协同创新”、构建现代作物育种科学技术新体系的观点。
Abstract
The relationship between transgenic technology and traditional crop breeding technology was discussed .The idea of promoting comple-mentary advantages and collaborative innovation of transgenic technology and traditional crop breeding technology , constructing modern crop breeding scientific new system was proposed.
