摘要
残烟的出丝率是衡量废烟支处理机性能和效率的一项重要指标，也是影响企业节能降耗、卷烟烟丝消耗量的一项关键指标。主要针对某卷烟厂制丝车间FY37废烟支处理机出现了残废烟支经处理后仍有部分烟支内有烟丝残留的问题进行了深入的分析，探讨并确定了此现象发生的主要原因，制定了残烟机及相关设备的改造和工艺参数优化的方案，并加以实施应用，实现了提高各牌号残烟出丝率的目标。
Abstract
The silk rate of deposed cigarettes is an important index to measure the performance and efficiency of the waste tobacco processor , but also it is a key indicator influencing energy saving and tobacco consumption .This paper mainly for the FY37 waste cigarette processor in the cut tobacco workshop of a cigarette factory in-depth analyzed the problem of residual tobacco in part of the smoke after disabled cigarette processing , explored and determined the main reason of this phenomenon , made the scheme of the waste tobacco processor and related equipment to imple-ment technology modification and optimization of process parameters, and implemented the application, to achieve the goal of improving the silk rate of deposed cigarettes of each grade.
