摘要
为提高食用菌课程的教学效果，阐述了互联网技术在食用菌课程教学中的应用，从教育模式、教学内容、教学方法、学生创新能力培养、教学评价等方面提出了课程创新教育思路，并提出交互式教学课件的开发、在线交互式教学、实时互动交流等课程创新教育途径，以期为同类专业课程的创新教育提供参考。
Abstract
In order to improve the teaching effect of Edible Fungi curriculum , the application of Internet technology in the teaching of Edible Fungi was expounded.The ideas of curriculum innovation education was put forward from the aspects of education mode, teaching content, teaching method, students’innovation ability, teaching evaluation and so on.Then, we pointed out the development of interactive teaching courseware, online interactive teaching, real time interactive communication and other curriculum innovation education ways, in order to pro-vide a reference for the innovation education of similar courses.
